How to get a full body workout in just 15 minutes.

First you get a pair of Knuckle Rackets. Find a nice flat wall and hit the ball soft against the wall. Let the ball come down and hit the ground once before you punch it again. Once you have mastered this method you can move on to the next step and that is not to drop the ball. Remember always keep your eye on the ball and keep your knuckle rackets up at all times. Start out slowly until you are able to build your rhythm. Stay focused. Try this for 15 minutes a day and you will notice a full body workout.
