Want to try something new? Try the knuckle racket you will not regret it. Whether playing against yourself or an opponent. You are guaranteed to have a blast and an intense workout. You will benefit by getting a full cardio workout with this new fun sport. Be fit, have fun, and remember to keep your knuckle rackets up at all times.

First you get a pair of Knuckle Rackets. Find a nice flat wall and hit the ball soft against the wall. Let the ball come down and hit the ground once before you punch it again. Once you have mastered this method you can move on to the next step and that is not to drop the ball. Remember always keep your eye on the ball and keep your knuckle rackets up at all times. Start out slowly until you are able to build your rhythm. Stay focused. Try this for 15 minutes a day and you will notice a full body workout.
